My name is Kieran, and I am passionate about family history research. I have dedicated my life to uncovering the stories of our ancestors and understanding their origins. Family is of utmost importance to me, and I have built my business on the guidance and support of my grandfather, who has been my mentor and friend throughout this journey.

My fascination with genealogy began at the age of 14, ignited by a powerful story from my great-grandmother about her uncle who died in World War I. This tragic tale led me on a path of discovery, where I learned that my second great-uncle, Private 202614 James Carse, served in the 9th Battalion Cameronians Scottish Rifles. He, along with three other brave souls, sacrificed their lives on July 23, 1918, during the Battle of Méteren, struck by artillery fire at the tender age of 20.

Having completed my HNC in social care during the pandemic and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I sought to further challenge myself academically. I have undertaken several University of Strathclyde courses in genealogy, consistently achieving above 70% marks in each. In the coming years, I aspire to pursue my postgraduate studies.

Decade after decade, I have dedicated myself to researching the lives of over 1,000 families, each with its own unique and captivating story. My mission is to revive the narratives of our ancestors—those forgotten tales that deserve to be heard. I aim to breathe life into their memories, ensuring that they remain present in our lives today. Together, let us embark on this journey of discovery and preserve their legacies for generations to come.
