As said in each section, research takes the allocated hours because of the number of people per generation.
Accumulated Total per direct ancestors per generation is as follows
Four Generations = 30 People
Five Generations = 62 People
Six Generations = 126 People
You will get an essential Physical Family Tree in Four Generations.
For the other Packages, you will get a beautiful Physical Family tree supplied by My-History.co.uk. It will take a week to double-check that everything is of a high standard. Then, it will be shipped directly to you, or if we meet in person, I will deliver it to you. Please note that this is a non-refundable offer included.
The Report will take the number of days specified. This is because I have to transcribe and decipher the Palaeography of the record as well as then add sources and appendixes but then also send it to my proofreader and then edit any minor changes that need to occur.
First World War Records are known as the burnt records collection, and this is due to the Blitz of 1940, during which some of the records were damaged or lost. Due to this, I can not guarantee I will be able to find service records; however, not all is lost; with documents such as pension and other various records, researching your First World War Ancestor has become that little bit easier, but I still can not guarantee success.
Second World War Records Recently, with the new development of a small batch of service records released by the National Archives (UK), It has become easier to research your Second World War Ancestor. Further to this, making Second World War Medal Index Cards available helps make it easier if the service record is not available, and you must apply for them through the MOD/ The National Archives at Kew.
Accessing certain records may involve travel beyond the standard collection offered by NRS. In some cases, visiting an independent archive collection is necessary. To facilitate this access, a modest fee will be requested to cover the travel expenses associated with retrieving the records from the archive. Your understanding and support in this matter are greatly appreciated.
I'm really looking forward to our conversation! If it's possible, I'd love to connect over a video call, as it can often make things easier for both of us. However, if meeting in person is the only option, I completely understand and would be happy to proceed, just keep in mind that my hourly rate will apply, which includes the travel to the location. Thank you for your understanding!
If you have non-Scottish ancestors or your Ancestors moved to England, Wales, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland, please do not worry. I can find them. However, Records are slightly different from Scottish Records.
I may obtain an Online Record of Births and Deaths in England and Wales, including birth entries from 1837 up to 100 years ago and Death entries from 1837 to 1957.
Please note that records after this period are £8 a piece, and a £3 fee will be required per record.
for marriage records, however, sadly, are not able to be obtained digitally
As a result, a £12 non-negotiable fee will be issued, and the record will be posted on the 4th working day.
A small fee of £6 per record will be required. (this will have an impact on Research and a Written report)
Irish Records Certain Irish records can be obtained; however, due to a fire in the records office in Dublin in the 1920s, certain records may not be available. Irish records for the Republic of Ireland can be found via the dates
births 1864 - 1923
marriages 1845 - 1948
deaths 1871 - 1973
Northern Irish Records are slightly more complex in the fees, so please do enquire as I will discuss further
